Potential connectivity issues with Eduroam wi-fi network at Purdue Fort Wayne

Purdue IT has discovered an issue that may impact how some users connect to the Eduroam wi-fi network at Purdue Fort Wayne. Specifically, this impacts users who access the network with their "@purdue.edu" credentials.

Purdue IT intends to remedy the issue at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, March 20. After this time, if you are unable to connect to the network, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Go into your wireless network settings and request to “forget” the Eduroam network.
  2. Re-add the network via SecureW2 (https://cloud.securew2.com/public/62946/wl-prd-eduroam/)

Users will need to follow these steps for each individual device they want to connect.

If you still encounter problems connecting, please contact the Purdue Fort Wayne Help Desk at helpdesk@pfw.edu. In the meantime, you can connect to one of the other Purdue Fort Wayne branded or guest networks.
