Zoom AI Companion meeting summaries now available

Zoom AI Companion meeting summaries are now available for Zoom meetings.

To start using this feature, users will need to enable it in their personal Zoom settings. Once enabled, Zoom can automatically generate meeting summaries and enhance cloud recordings with AI-powered insights.

How to turn it on:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under your personal settings, enable:
   • Meeting summary with AI Companion
   • Smart recording with AI Companion

After these settings are turned on, users can choose to generate AI-powered summaries for meetings and access smart recordings when meetings are recorded.
